RECITAL
June 6, 2010 Show 1 Begins at 10:00 am doors open at 9:00 am seating is general admission. Show 2 begins at 2:00 pm doors open at 1:00 pm Please remember to bring your backstage pass . This allows you to bring your dancer to the dressing room , which is in the gym. For security purposes no one will be permitted in the gym without one. This is not a ticket to the recital. Everyone must purchase a ticket, unless you are volunteering your time to be a backstage mom. Tickets will be on sale until Friday June 4th. The price is $20 per ticket if purchased in advance $22 at the door. All balances must be paid in full before anyone can purchase recital tickets. REMEMBER NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY AND ABSOLUTELY NO VIDEO CAMERAS WILL BE PERMITTED IN AUDITORIUM. DRESS REHEARSAL
SHOW 1 BEGINS AT 11:00 AM SHOW 2 BEGINS AT 9:00 AM We will run through the finale first then the first half of the show any dances that need to be redone will do so during intermission otherwise you can go home. Please check with your instructor as to whether or not your dance will be redone. All dancers and parents are to report to the auditorium and sit in your assigned seats. TEE SHIRTS
Recital tee shirts have arrived please be sure to pick yours up in the office. If you miss our office hours we will bring to dress rehearsal and recital . They will be at concession stand
PRE REGISTRATION Our schedule has been posted online and teachers recommendations are being given out in class. If you preregister before June 14th you r registration fee is waived for next year and money you pay to hold your spot in class is a deposit towards tuition . ENSEMBLE AUDITIONS Ensemble is a great way for students who love dance to excel. Our auditions are being held on Saturday June 12th. Hope to see you there! LAST DAY OF CLASSES OOOPS We made a mistake . The last day of classes is Monday June 12, 2010. Please be sure to check with your instructor as to party plans for your class.
SUMMER CLASSES
Don’t forget to sign up for summer classes. Dance training should be continued throughout the year. Technique and flexibility are lost over the summer, whereas dancers seem to be starting all over again in September. Don’t lose what you learned all year.
Summer session starts July 7th. The interim sessions are 4:30—8:30 not 3:30-7:30.

BACKSTAGE MOMS If you signed up to be a backstage mom you will receive a letter of instructions and a lineup for your class at the beginning of dress rehearsal. Backstage moms will be able to view from an assigned seat on the end of the first row, however you must be backstage to pick up your group when they are done dancing. THANK YOU
