ROCKETTE DANCE EXPERIENCE 2011

The rockette dance experience is all set ! We will be leaving at 4:00 on December 13.  The bus will be in the front parking lot at 3:30 .  Feel free to pack snacks for the ride.  We were actually thinking of picking up happy meals for the ride .  Please let us know if you would be interested in doing this.  We will be dropped off at radio city music hall where we will have dance class for one hour .  Parents do not have to stay . Ms Amanda , Ms Aline and myself will all be there.  We wil be taking plenty of pictures, or feel free to join in .Tickets will be sent to us fed ex so  I will pass them out on the bus.  We have one hour in between class and show so we can go take pictures in front of the tree and get some hot cocoa .  It is going to be a great time. :)

GIVING TREE

Don’t forget to bring in your gifts no later than Dec 15th

You can either choose a child to buy a gift for from our giving tree  or you can purchase a gift card .  Please wrap gifts and place under our tree in waiting room . This is probably one of my favorite charitable events that we take part in.  It is just the most wonderful feeling to be able to buy a gift for a child in need , and the feeling I get when we deliver them is unexplainable , I am getting tears in my eyes thinking about it .   Thank you your generosity is truly  appreciated.

RECITAL COSTUMES

All students are currently being measured for our recital costumes.  Your account will be charged for your costume this week and you will be able to oay online .  However you must hand in your recital order form to confirm the size being ordered .  Our computer system will automatically size your dancer according to individual manufacturers specs by their individual measurements.  If you disagree with this size and wish to change it you will have to do so on the recital costume order form. measurement  charts are on back of form or attached or both.

All costumes must be paid for no later than Dec 15th.  Pictures will be available to look at in the studio or your daycare center this week

 

HOLIDAY PARTIES

 

We will be having holiday celebrations during the last 15 minutes of each class during the week of December 17-23.  Each dancer will be asked to bring in a small party item and a grab bag gift wrapped for another dancer in their class . please limit spending to $10

Parties are for studio classed only Goddard classes will have their parties during school .

RECITAL HANDBOOK

 

Recital handbooks are being updated and are being  emailed this week. if you have not received it or would like a printed copy please let us know by email or phone and we will get one to you as soon as possible.

RECITAL PICTURES  will be taken at the dance studio on April 21st & 22nd. Times to follow
